Voice for sales teams
Voice typing for sales: follow up while it’s fresh
Dictate follow-up emails, call notes, and pipeline updates the moment a call ends, on Mac or Windows.
The fastest rep is often the one who writes fastest
The hours after a call decide whether momentum survives: the recap email, the notes, the scheduling, the internal heads-up. Every one of those is writing, and writing is where deals quietly stall at the keyboard.
Speaking is the natural register for sales anyway. A dictated follow-up sounds like the call did, arrives minutes after it, and costs a fraction of the effort of typing it between meetings.
From call to sent follow-up in one breath
VoiceOS dictates system-wide on Mac and Windows: recap emails in Gmail or Outlook, notes in Notion or your CRM’s text fields, quick answers in Slack. Custom vocabulary keeps product names, company names, and pricing terms clean.
Agent Mode closes the loop. Ask it to draft a reply based on the email thread on screen, put the next meeting on Google or Apple Calendar, or set a reminder to chase a quote. Every consequential action is shown for confirmation before it runs, so speed never means losing control of what a prospect receives.
- Dictate follow-ups and outreach in Gmail, Outlook, and any web CRM text field.
- Draft replies from the on-screen thread, then review before sending.
- Create calendar events and reminders by voice with a confirmation step.
Honest limits
VoiceOS is not a CRM and does not claim native integrations with every sales platform; dictation works wherever there is a standard text field, and native actions cover email, calendars, messaging, notes, and reminders today. If your team lives inside one CRM’s proprietary logging flows, test those specific screens during the trial.
It also does not write on autopilot. You speak the substance; the tool removes the typing and the app-switching around it.
Will voice speed up your pipeline?
Choose VoiceOS
Your day is calls followed by writing, you want follow-ups out in minutes, and voice-driven scheduling and reminders would replace real app-juggling.
Hold off
You work on a phone most of the day rather than a computer, or your process depends on CRM-specific automation that must live inside that platform.
Frequently asked questions
Can I dictate directly into my CRM?
You can dictate into any standard text field, which covers the note and email fields of mainstream web CRMs. Proprietary or unusual input widgets can behave differently, so test your exact screens during the trial.
Can it write the follow-up for me?
Agent Mode can draft a reply using the thread visible on screen, and you review it before anything is sent. Dictation Mode is for your own words; Edit Mode tightens or restructures what you selected.
How does scheduling work?
Ask for the meeting in plain language and Agent Mode prepares the event in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook, showing you the details for confirmation before it is created.
Does it get company and product names right?
Add them to custom vocabulary once and they transcribe consistently. That includes prospect company names, your own SKUs, and industry shorthand.
Mac or Windows?
Both. VoiceOS ships desktop apps for Mac and Windows, so mixed-fleet sales teams can standardize on one voice workflow.
