Welcome to VoiceOS — a universal voice interface designed to make reading and writing effortless on Mac and Windows.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoiceOS ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By using VoiceOS, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, you should not use the App.

We aim to keep this document straightforward and transparent — no hidden legal traps, just clear expectations.

VoiceOS provides tools to help you dictate, read aloud, and interact with text across your apps using your voice. Depending on your settings, this may involve cloud-based or on-device processing for speech recognition, transcription, and voice feedback.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some regions) to use VoiceOS. If you're using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

To use VoiceOS, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information when signing up.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or suspected compromise.

We're not responsible for any loss from your failure to safeguard your account.

Your privacy matters deeply to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

VoiceOS gives you full control: you can choose private, on-device processing or opt-in to cloud processing for faster, more accurate dictation.

You agree to use VoiceOS responsibly. Specifically, you will not:

• Use the App to violate laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or any part of it.
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers, APIs, or security systems.
• Attempt to collect or store data from other users without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you're misusing the App.

VoiceOS is continuously improving. We may release updates to enhance performance, fix bugs, or add features. Some updates may install automatically. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new version.

Some VoiceOS features may require a paid plan.

When you subscribe:

• Fees and billing terms are disclosed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or the app store you purchased through.
• We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

All software, trademarks, and content provided through VoiceOS belong to WakoAI Inc., unless otherwise stated. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use VoiceOS for personal or business productivity — not for resale or redistribution.

We love your ideas! By submitting feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you agree that we may use them freely without obligation or compensation.

VoiceOS is provided "as is." While we aim for top reliability and performance, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or complete compatibility with every system.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WakoAI Inc. and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like data loss or downtime) arising from your use of VoiceOS.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App during the 12 months before the incident.

You can stop using VoiceOS at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use VoiceOS ends immediately.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, laws, or policies. If we make major changes, we'll notify you through the app or email. The latest version will always be available at https://voiceos.com/terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by local law.
